Feb 20, 2002 · I think that the Sierra Artist is the most inexpensive pedal steel on the market that doesn't have a "fixed" tuning. Its mechanism is more versatile than many of the older guitars (Sho-Buds, MSAs, etc.) that keep getting sold over and over as people realize that they need more capabilities.
