Aug 26, 2009 · Built in Gibsons Nashville plant in 1981. The artist is quite unusual, most are the Sonex deluxe. They are not massively expensive guitars, but I would expect you to be able to get mid to high $xxx depending on condition, completeness, case etc. Can we see some pictures please?

Oct 25, 2014 · The Sonex Artist doesn't come up as often as the other models, and they didn't make too many. All of the early eighties Gibson Artist guitars are pretty interesting I think, and should have little trouble selling. I'd guess $800-$900 on eBay in good condition and full working order?
