Dec 19, 2003 · when i tell wa3 to sort by path and filename, it puts those albumless mp3-s together with albums in the playlist. in case of wa2/5 it puts all the albumless mp3-s in the front and then come albums. basically the list goes from A to Z twice. first come the files in the general folder and then comes the content of the sub-folders.

The other tag category Winamp lacks support for so long of are the various sorting tags, i.e. SORTARTIST, SORTALBUMARTIST, SORTALBUM, SORTTITLE, SORTCOMPOSER.
