Dec 30, 2009 · Any old ripped albums (Possible with EAC) which contain an artist which has a non-standard character (Like the ö in Björk, or the é in Café Del Mar) means Squeezebox server ignores the file completely. I've not worked out how to get it to use that file without re-ripping in Max on my Mac.

Apr 29, 2008 · Installed latest package from debian.slimdevices.com stable main: SqueezeCenter Version: 7.0 - 17793 - Debian - EN - iso-8859-1 Pointed library scanner at collection (mostly MP3s, some FLAC and WAVs). Scanner proceeded to find & categorize all music. Server streams songs fine, and individual songs appear to have artist info, but the DB is missing all artist references.

I am also having problems on my Squeezebox radio. My playlists aren't updating (I add new playlists and they don't show up on the Squeezebox or in Logitech Media Server, running on my QNAP NAS) and when I select any of the exisiting playlists (either on the Squeezebox or in LMS) I get "502 Bad Gateway". I'm running LMS 7.7.2.
