Jan 16, 2012 · I, too, have art from Starving Artists and find your complaints to be a bit disingenuous. What they sell is exactly what they advertise - inexpensively priced, hand-painted oils. No, they are not "one of a kind" (yes, clearly the artist or artists paint a number of the same image) nor from their TV ads did I expect them to be.

Better to go to the Lawrenceville art crawl or some other local artist scene to buy from them, not some sweatshop assembly line crap. Wish this dumb company from Texas didn't exist. Sort of a slap in the face to real artists trying to make a go.
