Biography Born in 1956 in Onkoor, Kerala, Surendran Nair received his diploma for painting in 1981 and his BFA (Painting) in 1982 from the College of Arts, Trivandrum, Kerala. After four years, he gained his postgraduate Diploma in Print Making from the University of Baroda in 1986.
