Tom Hall (b. 1971 UK) is an artist and educator working out of The New Forest, Hampshire, where he recently moved to from Tallahassee, Florida. Hall’s work is often big and theatrical; reconstructions of imagined historic spaces or mythical giants crossing the Mexican US border.
