About the Artist (Born 1948) Fearon Smith Jr. is the younger brother of Chief Don Lelooska (now deceased) and Patty Fawn (another talented artist). When Lelooska died in 1996, Tsungani became clan chief of the Wiummasgum Clan of the House of Lelooska and the House of Sewide. Tsungani's name means "he who excels".
