One, if not the, largest theater in Brooklyn. United Artists The Movies Sheepshead Bay was opened May 20, 1987 as a 9-screen ‘plex with 3,540 seats. On June 7, 2002 it was expanded to 14 screens. It later underwent renovation and the seating capacity was been reduced to 3,329.
