William Samuel Parrott (1843 - 1915) was active/lived in Oregon, California, Missouri. William Parrott is known for Mountains, other landscape. Born in Missouri in 1843. At age four Parrott made the overland trek to Oregon in a prairie schooner with his family. Artistically inclined as a child, he began sketching and painting the area around his home in the Klickitat Valley.
