Mar 29, 2017 · Walkden Fisher (1913-1979) 'The nerve of that girl!...' a 1950s illustration signed pen and chalk 27 x 18.5cm, unframed. Walkden Fisher was particularly associated with The Eagle comic for ten years (1949-1958), and became known for his motor illustrations. He also contributed freelance illustrations for many brochures and advertisements.
