Apr 27, 2010 · I always thought it looked like Herring, but was worried about the bit on top of the signature. The dates read 1896 and the signature looks like, Walter Herring or After Herring to me. Now looking at it further more I feel it reads Walter Harrowing, if so how much is it worth if original, it looks a fantastic example.
