William Frederick Colley. Born: 1907 Died: 1957. Painter and printmaker. Studied and taught at Birmingham College of Art, 1930s and 40s. He later taught as Principal at Dudley School of Art. Member of the Senefelder Club. Inspired by Futurism and Vorticism, he produced lithographs of industry, dancers at music halls, workers, animals and gypsies.
