Dec 04, 2011 · Some of the tracks are listed under "unknown artist" even thought they clearly have the album artwork on them. I've tried turning it on and off again etc, and i made sure it was safe to disconnect from my pc. ... Very weird. I know there's an option in Winamp to view the ID3 tags (to confuse things there are 2 versions, ID3 V1 and ID3 V2).

For example, if I view artists>unknown artists, it shows the album name, so when you select the album all the tracks are there, but labeled as "01 the sundering" unknown artist. I am trying to sync music from Winamp 5.56 on a Win7 PC to this smartphone. When I send the music to my SD card I get alot of songs that come up in the mobile media player that say unknown artist. I have made sure the Artist label and Album Artist label in Winamp are populated correctly but still no go.
