Jul 21, 2010 · I downloaded "Save Me" first and the Album Artist was Various Artists. Thus, When I looked up Save Me, it was through the Music filter "Artist," the song was under Various Artist and not Alter Bridge, even though Alter Bridge was the Contributing Artist. To fix this I had to change the the Album Artist to Alter Bridge.

Verify the album folder on your hard drive is under Various Artists. Then verify that all the tracks are in the album folder. Edit all of the tracks, using the Advanced Tag Editor and set the Album Artist to "Various Artists". Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for.

May 31, 2012 · I can access and edit contributing artist information, but I can't access album artist info. when i first started using WMP, there was a nice sized icon of the album with title, album artist, genre and year in the left margin and all the other information detailed to the right.
