Nov 16, 2010 · getting the album art isnt the problem, the problem is getting the Artist background working. some albums will only display the cover, when they should show both the cover AND the artist background. i have yet to try leaving my phone attached to the pc and leaving it on all night as this seems really silly. but will do it anyway.

Feb 20, 2012 · Hey, wondering if anyone else experiences this issue with the artist backgrounds in Zune (and live tile). I currenty sprot a HTC Mozart running Mango and I am an active Zune Pass subscriber. I have notocied that when my Zune play on my WP7 plays music, most of the time if doesn't automatically download the artist background.

Dec 27, 2010 · I had success to get all the artist images and stuff on my phone by right clicking any artist in the Zune Software on the PC and then choosing "More from this artist". On the next sync, I had all the images. The "More from this artist" menu entry does not show up for any artist in my list, though, so I haven't pictures for all of them.

Feb 26, 2012 · Hi all I currently own a Samsung Omnia 7. I also own a Zune HD. I knew from beforehand that the zune player updates metadata information automatically to provide us with those gorgeous background artist displays. The problem? My WP7 doesn't. Atleast till now. I haven't had it for a long time, maybe just a week, and was hoping that sooner or later it will all turn up, but zilch till now!
