There is one which I use that shows the artist pictures whilst the music plays a slideshow you can find this addon in the xbmc.org repro under music addons look for Ram Fm eighties hit radio, although this addon is not supported here if you do need any support you can ask over at .org

Oct 05, 2015 · Visualizations don't currenty have access to the artist and song title information and Vortex doesn't currently have the ability to display text anyway. The best way to do it for now would be to get Vortex to display the spectrum and use the normal skin to display the rest of the information.
